Online registration
1- In the framework of events organized by the TIME SPORT INTERNATIONAL (“the Company”) for TIME and/or FELT brand or in the context of events organized by Retailers in partnership with the Company, the participant asks to try the equipment listed above provided by the Company and/or the Retailer, under its sole responsibility and acknowledges that it has been duly informed by the Company and/or the Retailer of the conditions and risks of the equipment use. The participant undertakes to scrupulously respect the conditions, recommendations and advice on the use of the equipment. The loan of equipment to a minor is under the sole responsibility of his/her parent or an adult who undertakes personally to ensure compliance with the use and loan conditions of the equipment.
2- The participant undertakes to use the equipment personally and only within the perimeter and for the duration indicated to him/her by the Company and/or the Retailer. He/she is prohibited from driving at a speed or in a manner that could result in a risk for himself/herself or for other users. The participant agrees to wear a helmet during the test session.
3- The participant is aware that the practice of cycling can present certain risks or dangers including accidents or injuries. He/she participates in the test session with full knowledge of these risks and expressly acknowledges and accepts them. The participant also declares to hold the necessary insurance in the event of an accident. The participant renounces and will renounce his/her insurers any liability claims against the Company and / or the Retailer whatever the cause and especially in case of injury or material damage, result of his/her participation in the test session.
4- The participant acknowledges that the equipment made available for the test is complete, without defects and in a good state of operation and safety. The participant agrees to return the entire equipment after the test session, in the state in which it was loaned. In the event of loss, destruction or theft, the participant must compensate the Company and/or the Retailer for the public selling price of the corresponding equipment. In case of deterioration of the equipment, the participant will have to compensate the Company and/or the retailer for repairs of the damaged equipment if it is repairable or up to the public selling price of the equipment if not repairable.
In the framework of the execution of this test session (agreement between the parties), the Company has collected and will process the following participant’s personal data: name, surname, date of birth, address, email, phone number. The participant’s personal data are being processed for the following purposes: setting-up this agreement, management of equipment loan, if agreed by the participant sending of newsletters, information about products, promotional offers. Access to the participant’s personal data is strictly limited to employees of the Company authorized to process data for the needs of the execution of the test session and if accepted by the Company Digital Marketing Department. Personal data are also transferred to the Company sister company Group ROSSIGNOL USA Inc. - FELT Bicycle (30452 ESPERANZA – Rancho Santa Margarita, CA – 92688 USA). The data may also be transmitted to the Retailer which is stated above in the case where the event is organized by the latter. Under no circumstances will the Company transfer participants' data to third parties outside the ROSSIGNOL Group companies without their consent. The personal data are kept for a period of 3 years after the last interaction with the participant. In accordance with the provisions the “General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679” of 27 April 2016, the participant have the right to access, rectification, erasure, limitation of treatment, opposition to process with regard to his/her personal data. In case of dispute about his/her personal data, the participant also has a right to file a complaint with the competent authority in his /her country (in France, “CNIL” or its equivalent in other countries).
During test sessions of equipment, the Company may take photos/films for publication on social networks (TIME and FELT accounts on Facebook and/or Instagram), images on which the participant may appear.
